Gloucester blues festival

I've been privileged to stroll into town a few times this week to catch a lot of free music. None of it below worthwhile. Bloody marvellous festival!
Tonight I was privileged to see 'DB Smith and guests' in the pig inn the city. Utterly brilliant. Humbling even. Thinking back, the PA was mediocre, but it couldn't have mattered less. Pure communicative blues performance. Loved it!

    That really captures my imagination Ben, I shall have to investigate DB Smith now. The Blues (as in real blues) is very very special imo.
